Reproduction Inspired by Venti's vision of the elements, Archon Anemo from Genshin Impact.

The Vision has a base made of corn starch PLA, 3D printed from a model made by me and owned by me.
The gems are present on both sides and are made of epoxy resin and hand colored with non-toxic colors.
The Gem and base are embossed on both sides!
Includes a hole that allows various hooks and ties to pass through.
The bottom has a hand-painted faux feather with colorful, hand-placed beads.

The item makes a perfect keychain, cosplay accessory or even a gift that any Nerd will love

All my works are made and hand painted entirely by me. For optimal conservation it is recommended to:

- Avoid contact with chemical and corrosive substances (including perfumes and cosmetics)
- Avoid impacts or falls
- Clean with a cotton or non-synthetic fiber cloth

Standard shipping outside Italy takes 10 to 20 working days depending on the country of destination. If you need fast shipping please contact us before ordering and we will work to find a shipment in the time you require.

If the product is not collected by the customer and is shipped back to me another shipment for that product will be paid by the customer. When the product is sent back to me the customer will be contacted via message to inform them of the incident. In this case, if I do not receive any response from the customer after two weeks, I will not make a further shipment for that order.

DEPENDING ON THE COMPLEXITY OF THE ITEM THE PROCESSING TIME MAY LAST UP TO 40 WORKING DAYS.


At the end of processing, the tracking code will also be sent and communicated via email.
Shipments are made from Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays and holidays. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following Monday.

Right of withdrawal

  • Based on the art. 64 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, the Customer has the right to withdraw without penalty and without having to provide explanations within 10 working days of receiving the product, provided that the product is intact and unused.
  • To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send an email (to the address massimokalab@gmail.com), and confirm his intention within 48 hours
  • If the Customer exercises the right of withdrawal, he must return the product intact and in the original packaging, complete in all its parts, within 10 days of sending the withdrawal notice.
  • The Company will refund the amount paid, including shipping costs, or the amount relating to the products for which the withdrawal was exercised (in this case excluding shipping costs), according to the methods chosen by the Customer, within 30 days from receipt of the notice of withdrawal.
  • The costs of returning the product will be entirely borne by the Customer.
  • The right of withdrawal is reserved only for customers who purchase the goods for purposes not related to their entrepreneurial, commercial, artisanal or professional activity. Therefore, customers who purchase with a VAT number and in the exercise of their business cannot exercise this right.
  • If the Customer, after receiving compliant products, wishes to replace them for reasons not attributable to the Company, he can request the replacement within 10 days of receipt. The Company can decide whether or not to accept the request for replacement with other products indicated by the Customer, subject to any price adjustment. Shipping costs for returning replaced products will be borne by the Customer.


WAIVER

  • The Customer is not entitled to compensation or compensation for direct or indirect damage to people and/or things caused by goods purchased from Sareikalab, nor can he claim contractual or non-contractual liability towards the Company.


DAMAGED ITEMS

  • If the customer receives an item damaged due to shipping, they can request a full refund or replacement of the item. In both cases, it is necessary to send the damaged item received back to Sareikalab. Shipping costs for returning the item will be at our expense.


LOST ITEMS

  • If the package with the purchased item is lost by the courier during delivery, the customer is required to report to Sareikalab by sending an email to the address massimokalab@gamil.com, indicating the order number and the tracking number of the lost item . If, following a check with the courier, the item is found to be untraceable in any way, the customer will receive a full refund for the purchase.
